This is updated after landing fees and passports were submitted...

What does this statement means...?

It seems positive unless if there is an issue in your medical.. if your medical has gone ok then don't worry

Hi Bobby,

You and I are in the same boat. After submitting our passports and paying RPRF, on June 01, 2009 my application status also changed to the similar as yours.

Based on advice shared by others to your post, I'm also considering this as a positive sign. Very soon you'll get your passports back with Visa stamped on it.

May I know which CHC office did you applied in?

Hi Bobby,

You and I are in the same boat. After submitting our passports and paying RPRF, on June 01, 2009 my application status also changed to the similar as yours.

(Not submitted documents for assessment) and you are talking of passport with visa stamped on it. (LOL)

It is not Bobby, it is Defender's Application . I submitted my Application in Sept 06 via Kingston, Jamaica

Cool,

Mine is approaching 3 yrs as I have applied in Sept 2006 under the old system.

Medical Submitted in March 09
Medical Sent on 18th March 09
Letter regarding my landing fees in April 09
But my lawyers told me that I have to send my passports along with my landing fees so I did on the 18th May 09. Waiting now....

Only 1st June 09, my status changed to decision made under which it states
" Medical Received"
"A decision has been made on your application. An officer will be contacting you pertaining the decision"
