Dear Friends,

My wife's online status (immigration processing) it shows as decision made (New Delhi Office). My question is how long will it take to get the passport home after decision made and also her medicals will expire next month. Once she gets immigration does she needs to enter before her medicals expiry date or is it ok to enter after that also, is there a time limit.

Please let me know.

Thank You

They may extend her medical for 1 year if you are lucky.

Thank you, will they extend automatically or does she needs to submit Medicaid again incase if she can't come immediately after she gets passport and the current Medicaid expires .

It's totally up to the visa office.
Sometimes they just extend them, sometimes they ask you to do a brand new medical exam, and sometimes they mail you back passport/COPR with an expiry date in just a few days or even already expired (in which case you have to contact VO to get new COPR done).

I doubt they will extend the date of landing. If landing within Canada is not done within the expiry date fresh application for the PR should be done again...
Be ready to fly and hope some one else answer your query...She can fly to Canada, apply for PR Card,SIN,Health Card and come back to India to write her exams...When flying back after exams she need to have her PR Card or Travel Document...Good luck
