My applycation status change in decision made on 12 dec 2012.i did not get mr or any letter from NDVO till date.plz tell me how much will take time to inform me about decision
 
Send an email or case specific enquiry and enquire about the status of your application. It could be system glitch.
 
I am absolutely sure there is some mis communication while updating your e case status. How can one get Decision made with MR and PPR and RFRP.

Send a CSQ.

You should not have waited for so long. Request for caips. Send enquiries to cic every week. Will cost you 1400. I got mine in 15 days. Some getin 45 days.

Even my case is similar to Natasha. I have send them CSQ and general enquries as well as send them letter . Now its almost 20 day but we didn't get any reply yet .

I don't know if they will send any reply ?
 
Hi Canada_april,

send a letter through courier with explanation letter and request to reconsider the case .

Try to show them that you have never received Medical. Courteously ask them to provide the proof

You have to give your 100% to show them you have not received Medical

I know its very easy to say from my side ,but I really understand your situation.

My friend coolguy , i have already couriered 2 letters to them . I made very humble request in those letters to reconsider my case as i never ever received any email/letter. But they don't send any reply .

I am almost losing my hope now .
 
Wish you all the best dear......pray to god for such cases to reconsider

Hi Dears,
I got Decision Made on Jan 07, 2014. (MI-1 (4131- June 21, 2010, Medical done May 27, 2013, Passport sent June 03, 2013, RPRF encashed on June 15, 2013)
1. I have a few queries and dilemmas; kindly tell me how CIC sends back our Passport and COPR? (Through a registered post or a courier)??
2. Where my passport n COPR will be sent?? to me directly or to my consultant who was a fraud and left India three years back. (Well, I have got my mailing address changed to my residential address long ago on E-Cas and doing all correspondences with CIC NDVO at and on my own)
3. Am I able to receive mighty maple leaf in January 2014 only??

my ecas too changed to decision made on 6th jan 2014, ( NOC-3113, application submitted april 2011, Medicals done april 29 2013, PP RPRF- sent may 2 2013, ) but till date CHC hasnt contacted me regarding the decision. I dont know when we will receive our PPs.
did the office contact you regarding your status.

Hi Gopi,

Well, no, I hvnt been contacted by them after tht but within 10-20 days, DM yields VISA n COPR for sure (if done after medical received and RPRF encashed).
