Thnx Eagle333 for the reply

if its showed "decision made" after you entered your wife's details and again it shows "in process" now, you can call them & ask WHY? & sometimes after you pay RPRF they will make it change to "decision made" again. but after "decision made" for your wife's permanent Resident Visa, your wife doesnt need to face to an interview, according to my knowledge. what ever Good Luck to you two...!!!
...
Thanks gango girl,

Yes when I log in with my Cliend ID number in my profile on Ecas I am able to see my wife's status because they transfered the option of sponsored person and sponsorship Application Status in my profile because I asked it when she sent a use of a representant forms for the Permanent Residence Application Status it will never changed to something else even if she land here but only sponsorship Application Status does change from In process to Decision Made to show where they are now. My wife's status still says Decision Made it did not changed to In process again sorry if I said that. Good luck to you too I will post my new info when I get the letter soon. :)

Hi gango,

I cannot wait to have that shiny visa soon and we will be staying in Edmonton Alberta that is where I live. I moved from Montreal Quebec because it takes time to do sponsorship because you have to deal with Federal and Provincial government one after the other but outside of Quebec it is easy to do that is why I moved from Quebec to Alberta. :)

Decision Made with both sides of the coin.

Positive side

1. It means that you have convinced the immigration that your application and supporting documents are genuine and satisfy officers in charge of your application.
2. It means that Interview has been canceled due to how rich and qualified is your application.
3. It a results of completeness of documents that support your application.
4. When you see Decision Made it means that VO is preparing your COPR and affix the visa in your passport if they requested it.
5. Means that they have come to the end of background check and you were not a threat for Canada, your medical results were above the minimum score which means your results indicated pass for example 70%, 75%, 80% or even 100% it’s all depend on your health.
6. It means Canada needs people like you to build it future economy.
7. The verdict will be Decision Made –Approved

Negative Side

1. It means that you did not add more meat to the bone that Immigration officers were expecting from your application.
2. It will take long time and they will process it slowly because they have noticed some encumbrances in your proofs.
3. They may give you a chance to convince them by opening a small window called interview to make their judgement fair on how your account look like.
4. Interview is a sign that the visa office is not convinced that your application possess genuine reasons to let the applicant to enter Canada.
5. It might be your background check is tinted or your health will make Canada spend more on you than any average Canadian who lives in Canada.
6. Then the verdict will be Decision Made –Rejection

After digging on Decision Made I came out with this conclusion. So you know if your application hold heavy proofs or not.

I did my Medicals on November 7 2012 and my application went In process in January and in March 28 2013 I got Decision Made. If we stay on the positive side when you see the Decision Made, Interview is will not be requested anymore because they happy and convinced of the application.
I saw Decision Made one week and 1 day now and still waiting for the snail letter because I actually called my VO, one woman told me they sent me a letter to pay the RPRF before they finalise everything and I paid it 4 days ago.
