Hi Zendnought,

Should i resubmit a new application from london embassy or from Canada. because last time i applied from london. now i am
in canada.
i have been offered AEO in september and got the work permit visa on november and then moved to canada in december. But at
that time i didnt update then due to uncertainity of my work permit. but when i checked my status last week it has been
changed to decision made. thats why i am wondering what should i do

So you now have a TWP? If you want a PR I think you'll need to send that to London as this was (is) your "local" visa
office. That is to say, as far as CIC is concerned you're a UK resident. I have to caveat this by saying I'm not an expert,
this is merely my understanding of how the process is supposed to work. Others here may have better advise to give.
