PPr - passport request

If you did not receive the MR and ECAS is showing Decision made, it might be that your application will be rejected. :( :( :(
This happened to applicants.

My status also changed form In process to Decision made on 2/1/2013. I file my case in feb 2005 at New Delhi High Commission and received review document (PCC , fresh Bank statements and all other original Docs ) on 1/12/2008.

So could any one suggest me what The Meaning of "Decision Made" as after review we are waiting for MR.

If you received Decision Made before MR - then unfortunately there's a good chance it's a refusal.

Hi PreetNL,
Applicants from 2004 oct onwards of new delhi visa office got DM status in their ecases and those who applied before are still in process. DM without medicals is rejection. Applicants up to march 2005 had their documents updated in 2008 oct-dec. But from oct 2004 applicants ecase show DM status.

Usually the PCC is valid for one year. The VO should ask for new PCC update before sending MR.
the Decision made status is not good news in this case.

It is better you wait, do not panic. Let the decision come. Remember where there is a will there is a way.

It is clear that you are also victum of Section 87.4 of all pre-2008 applicants like us. So wait for the hearing of January 14 to 16, 2013 as we have filed applicaiton for leave against this section and the positive outcome on January 16 may applied to non-litigants as well. Good luck
