My Ecas has changed to decision made , without any medical request, is that mean they will asked for medical request or my case is denied.

Does your E-Case status talk about any letter? If yes, then wait for the letter to arrive. DM before meds could either be a bug or denial of your case. Do you know of any shortcomings in your application?

Dear SAnsari, they are refusing quite alot apps now a days, wait for your letter, it could be a system error too but most chances are that it may be a refusal. You may wanna email your visa office to ask them about update on your case.
