hi decision made is the last step...
they won't look into your file any more....and your case is closed permanently. If you apply next time you will get a new file number and UIC code... however you can re appeal this case...but chances are lower..

and as you said..no medicals....and no passport request...

WE MUST ASSUME ITS A REFUSAL aka REJECTION!
