I have submitted my application in Jan 2010 CHC, ND
My E-CAS is as follows

We received your application for permanent residence on July 6, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 22, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on September 30, 2009. The New Delhi office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 23, 2010.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I am really surprized becoz I haven't submitted my Med. yet

Is it possible to make decision without Med.???

Really sorry to say but it means rejection. Wait for the formal communication from CHC end. Was there anything doubtful in your application. I know you might be very upset, but if you can share maybe we can help you give some opinions.

As you all know that the festival of HOLI is going on. My company is observing holidays
So I think that my work exp might not been verified...

Can it be the reason for rejection??

sometimes, though rare, there are discrepancies in the documents and one has a time period to appeal resolving them... hopefully that's the case with you as well .. all the best ....

Please do not thank us. We are here to help and share our opinion only. Well verification I would say depends if the immigration officer might have found your work exp doubtful then he or she would have tried calling but not picking up the phone cannot be a factor or incident for them to take decision. If you do not have problems (Do not share your personal information here) can you tell little bit about your case. Like what NOC you have applied how big is your company how many years of exp, proof of funds and in what form etc such things so that I can help you.

I am only trying to help you overcome this situation please remember.

I have shown around INR 18 Lacs as proof of funds( 8 Lacs FD, 4 Lacs PF, 7 Lacs Cash)
I got 6.5 Bands in IELTS (Listening 7.5,Reading 7, Writting 6, Speaking 6)
My wife has Masters Degree

Overall I got 68 points
