Decision Made without PPR?

I got DM for 3 weeks but still no PPR, is that normal?

My status has been decision made for 8 wks now. I sent my receipt for RPRF, copy of passport (as visa exempt) and bio data form on Feb 21st. I did email about 2 wks ago and they said it's still processing. Should I email again? I see some posts on requesting notes on file. Can someone explain this? Has anyone else been waiting 8 wks now?

bcoz after DM for me, i got a mail after 1 week & it was refused as they have misplaced some of the documents what i've already sent. then i called them. they told that they tried to contact me but they couldnt. but i dint get any call frm them
but whom we have to argue with?

The PPR comes 9 days exactly after my eCAS changed to Decision Made.
I hope you will receive your PPR soon. Did you try to contact CIC since March 15th regarding this?

I did my medicals at end jan. if I don't get anything in mail today I will send another email. I was worried that they will get annoyed as I'm emailing again.

Can you try to explain your situation with more details. Was your application refused by CIC since they misplaced some of the documents?

yes ofcoz exactly......
they asked me to send our divorce certificates (both of us married & divorced earlier) & some more documents. then i sent all the documents by the registered post b4 the time. then after about 3 weeks DM appeared. den after 1 week i got a mail saying that i was failed to send the requested documents and bcoz of dat they believe that my current marriage is not genuine and its caused to refuse my application. I sent the documents back to the immigration again.
God is there
He can see all of these suffering we are in. I still believe dat the God will help us. if the VO s have a sense they will understand that we are genuine.

I just went to CIC and saw my status changed to "a decision has been made" before PPR.

A bit relived by most cases on this post that people positively get notified shortly afterward.

I will update my case as it gets anything, and just keep my fingers crossed.
