Sorry, but for me also looks like you may hear some bad news about your application. It's clear indication that your status has been changed to decision made before they send you medical request. The reason may be different than the age issue...you should know the reason why it has happened OR just wait for some time to receive further communication from CIC. I can totally understand your situation as it's very painful...sorry.

hello friends my family members have got medical instructions,rprf fees, n passport submission request on 15th february 2014,,,but didnt got medical forms til yet,,,we have paid rprf fee before last date i.e 4th june 2014 for the safer side......n sent them case specific inquiry...bt no reply from them,,,,plz suggest?????/

Looking at your first and last posts there is no relation at all. What you want to know actually? First you said, you haven't received medical request...and now you are saying that you got medical request on 15th February 2014.
CIC will never send RPRF, Medical request and Passport request all together. Something you are not clear.
If you really want to know something, please be serious. This forum has very knowledgeable members, they can help you out.

my father ,mother and my brother was nominated separately n dey have recieved rprf fees ,,,passport submision,,,n medical request,,,n they have mentioned that medical instructions and forms wil b emailed to you separately,,,,,,,,
