Dear All,

DM before medical on E-Case 100% rejection.

That is what happened with me, e-case was changed from IP to DM and after one week I got a letter from VO saying that main duties are listed in my application are not matching with NOC JD. (UNFAIR REFUSAL) ...

CIC wants to complete thier pending 380,000 applications till 2017 & thats is the reason unfair refusals has been taken based on stupid reasons.

was your IP with Processing date or without processing date?

Hi ,

As far as I understand that once your status is in process that means visa officer is satisfied with your papers and job responsibilities and the next part is to verify the documents submitted along with the application .
