Decision made without Canadain adress in Ecas

I sent my passports one week ago and checked my e cas today and got the DM status.
But I still have my address in home country ,,,,,not a Canadian address. I have read before that when a decision is positive one has the new Canadian city in which he will land as an address...
I do not have a consultant in Canada,,,could this be the reason?
Does this have any indication for you?

No need to worry.. you have been granted visa.. online status may or may not reflect canadian address, but definetely this is a good news. infact, it will show canadian address after a week or two..

It seems that you are also one of pre Feb 2008 applicants. could u please give some information about your SELDEC and PSEDEC. as you got MR on 18 of March 2013. how about your on-line status during 2013. was it in process or not.

I am pre feb 2008 applicant with PSEDEC 1, my e-case dispared from the system since March 7th 2013 before it was in process than changed to blank and after March 7 it is not accessible. I am really worried.

Hamid22 I Have SELCDEC 4 dated to Sep 2010. My e cas has been in process till 2 days ago. Since you have SELDEC 1, check in your CAIPS for the date , if it is before 29th of March 2012 then you are safe.
Maybe also you can contact lawyer Tim Leahy TEL@unfaircic.com,,,,I am his client and he helped me really alot during the last 6 months.

I got an e mail from Vienna stating that they sent the documents 2 days ago by mail and gave me the tracking number,,,,,so I guess it will be ok

thank your for your comment. as per my caips note I got in Oct.2012 my PSEDEC was 1 on 04,06, 2011. this means that the immigration office has reviewed and screened my file before 29th of March 2012. but what makes me depressed is that there is no up-date from CHC. even they do not answer my query about my status. in addition, my e-case has disappeared from system since March 7, 2013.

I am really worried. let see what happens.

thank your for your comment. as per my caips note I got in Oct.2012 my PSEDEC was 1 on 04,06, 2011. this means that the immigration office has reviewed and screened my file before 29th of March 2012. but what makes me depressed is that there is no up-date from CHC. even they do not answer my query about my status. in addition, my e-case has disappeared from system since March 7, 2013.

I am really worried. let see what happens.

Hamid22 : Sorry to depress you but it seems that your application was terminated. PSEDEC does not matter because it is only paper screening without evaluation . What matters is SELDEC. Look into your Caips if SELDEC is zero than your application is terminated . Also look for the points if you have not been granted any score except for age,,,than the application is terminated

My file has been reviewed by immigration officer before 29 March 2012 and I have been awarded total 55 points for Edu, work Exp. age, adaptability. however, they have not calculated my points for IELTS test and relaionship with my sister. for which I am entitled to get 17 more points. the reason is mentioned: for relationship prove with my sibling they have not accepted the birth certificate and for IELTS as the exam date was changed by British council due to some unknown reasons, I sent IELTS result after 4 days of the deadline with covering letter attached with British council e-mail regarding date-change. CHC acknowledged the recite of ILETS result it is also mentioned in caips note. so if they calculate my points for IELTS, which they have to, my points will reach to 67 and get SELDEC 4.

therefore, based on the above reasons I think I am among those 20000 lucky applicants if CIC dose not cheat.

In my case also it is the same . Submitted MR on 25th March , got DM on 16th April . Address has not changed . It has been more than 2 weeks waiting for Visa .

Mishra ji, did you got your PPs back wirth VISA or any change in eCAS?
