hello amitsmeet, first of all many-2 congrats to u on receiving ur stamped passports
god bless u for a wonderful n happy life in canada.


Now i just want to ask 1 thing :
did u ever send any CSQ or any enquiry mail regarding ur status?
bcoz i m also waiting for DM since feb ist week,wen i had sent all the requested documents along with passports.
And till now i haven't sent any CSQ to ndvo office.now at this stage should i sent any enquiry or should i wait?
-waiting for ur reply bro.

Hi thx for wishes sending csq doesn't help unless u find smthing seriously missing in ur caips otherwise it doesn't matter

Just want to know that you received your passports through Indian postal service or through courier like blue dart.

even my DM status updated on Sep 15th 2013 waiting for my passports.

Hi, I got my DM on 17 Sept. Address has not changed in my e-case. All of you who got DM did your address change? Please let me know.

I read in many forums that normally when DM appears address changes to some canadian address, is that right?

Someone pls give me some info on this.

By the grace of god , prayers of my parents & well wishers & forum members got my Passports today with shining Maple leaf.

Passports are send back only thru Registered AD, the normal delivery time is 5-7 days, it would be a yellow coloured packet containing ur ppts. Corp , reciept of RPRF and any original document submitted at the time of full docs submission, original IELTS report card in general cases.

If the wait is getting long, i would advise that you order CAIPS/GCMS notes. Though it might make you shell out some hard earned $s but trust me that is really help:
One that you get to know yourself if there is anything that is still missing on ur file, which you can send before loosing any more days which CHC might take before it gets back to you
Two, it helps to draw VO attention to the file. It may be a case where your file is all complete but due to the inventory of files caused due to this backlog it is missing VO attention. This event can trigger/require VO to have a look at your file.

By the grace of my mom and almighty , I have received my passports back with visa stickers. It's been a long journey on this forum and I am glad to be a part of the forum family , where people without knowing each other take out time , help and advice fellow forum members. We have shared our frustration as well as joy on this forum. There are people like Parhar ji , Qorax , who inspite of already in canada and busy with there lives still manages to take out time for this forum. Thanks everybody on this forum and I wish everybody who are waiting for MR or DM best of luck for the process. May everybody reaches there dream destination as earliest as possible!

My visa got validity till June 2014 and I am planning to land in middle of June.
