Decision made status, what does it mean?

Hi all,
I've applied under skilled worker -London office- in Nov-2009, all documents with ielts submitted in May-2010.
RPRF fees paid-march,2012,
Medicals done - 12th Oct,2012
PPR on 28th Oct,2012
Passports sent on 30th Oct,2012

status changed on cic.gc.ca website 13th Nov,2012- "Decision Made"

"A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

What does this status means? has the visa issued or any chances of get rejected?
Please answer, so desperate to know.

Ohh Thanks, i hope its positive.

But the mailing address on the cic website hasnt been changed to canada address yet, is it normal?

Sorry to say if it was negative, they would not stamp the visa on your passport

So chill it's Positive!!!!!

After dm my Ecas was added with a Canadian address as same given in the application.

what do we mean by canada address on ecas after DM

It is basically the City and State of landing you entered in your initial application

e.g. Toronto, Ontario or Edmonton, Alberta etc...
