Decision made shown on online status but no PPR??

Are you done with RPRF and bio data form?
you can see your VO (visa officer) at the bottom of your last email look like this:

the number JP5777 is the number of the officer that sent me the email.
i sent an email like 5 days ago but not answer yet ...
unfortunately we have to wait for PPR ..due the strike is posible that is the reason for delay on our application.
can u share the whole reply from them or they just said you will receive a letter ?? thats it ???

A letter regarding the decision made on your application will be sent to the following address:
.........
Should this address need updating, please let us know to ensure a proper delivery.
Otherwise, the letter will be sent out momentarily and we appreciate your patience.

i see ..did u sent 2 email ? that why they sent u 2 answer.. or the first came without ask anything ?
what i understand is the decision is made but the letter or email is waiting to be send
in my case i was in canada when i applied ..now i am in my home country (mexico)
after 18 months
medicals done, RPRF done biodata done ..they update on line status to decision made same day as yours.
are u in canada ? do you apply under which category ?

well thats what i think ....i hope that we received our ppr soon ..please update any info here, i already applied for caips notes must be here around 30 days it has to show if my application is approved or not..meanwhile i have to keep waiting for ppr.
i have the feeling that this strike is impacting all the applications hoping they back to work soon and finish all the pending applications..
good luck and keep in touch posting any update maybe tomorrow we receive our PPR.
