I got my medicals done and at that time they didnt ask me about PP so a bit worried. I mailed LVO for update now they are saying I need to wait for final review, lets hope to get some good news

I have one of my friend he never registered his case, any idea will he also be benifted by that, he application is also pre 2008.

Thanks for info, lets see what comes the verdict. This all went wrong because of the wrong planning of CIC and the Judge being nuteral should give judgement in favour of the Applicants.

After waiting for almost 8.9 years today I got my cheque which means my application has been trashed. Though a bit disappointed as this was a dream with me for quite some time. I have moved on in life personally and professionally. I have wasted lot of career and investment opportunities in the past due to this dream but iam happy now.

Very sad news. Have you applied /filled from for refund ? As of my knowledge your status was in process when some status become DM .

Dear all,

it is not clear what and when it will happen to pre-Feb 2008 applicants, there is no authentic information about these applicants. each file has its unique problems and decisions by CIC.

some applicants' e-case are DM, some are not accessible at all. it is really frustrating.

could any one know about those 20,000 applicants whose PESDEC was 1, and online case showed In-process than turn to blank and now are disappeared from system.

when this game will over.
