It's been almost a month now since I uploaded my police certificate and file got transferred to NDVO. However, ever since the AOR2 I haven't received any email nor any message on my account. Medical already passed on April 21and Feb applicant. My background check reads: your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check. It is same since the application was linked: should I be concerned or it is the normal trend? Any inputs are appreciated.

That is an usual pattern. As I said GCKey dosent get updated that often. Keep an eye on your ECAS simultaneously, you would be seeing the status changed to DM after your background check will be completed. Lol thanks...do you know someone or read any threads regarding my situation and got DM without background changed in process? Background remained the same so I am little concerned. Yes there are many applicants facing the same situation as yours. Hope your other checks have been completed. At the end, what matters is DM and visa. So you already have DM, don't get worried about what is in GCKey. System glitches would always be present, no matter what. There are certain people who got PPR without getting DMs. Imagine!! So relax and wait for the ppr.
Anyways, i am a dec 16 applicant. Got DM 3 weeks ago and still waiting for ppr. Now that's another uncertainity reflected by cic. My VO is New Delhi.
