I am really devastated today , after long time i heard this bad news from them . I have send them CSQ and send them fax message . I dont whether they will consider my case again . This is just my BAD LUCK .

Please tell me friends what other thing i can do at this stage.

It is really shocking and unpleasant to read this bad news. Would u please confirm what is ur real NOC code i.e 0111 or 1111. We are also worried because our time line is almost the same.
Would u please reply back. Also please share what further steps u have taken in this regard.
I heartily wish that CHC will realise their error and issue fresh MR quickly. With all best wishes,

Thanks for your support and concern Srajwant ji. I dont see any reason why they should not reopen our cases. Similar thing happened in 2009 n then they did send mrs within a month of realising their fault. However, CIC is unpredictable. Please pray ki hammein case karne ki zarurat hi na pade. Today, I came to know of another case from jullundjar with same situation as ours, same date 9th nov.

My actual NOC 0111. About further steps :- I am waiting for any email reply for my CSQ , if they replied negatively or don't send any reply , i will file an appeal in the federal court but that would be my last option .

Hi Sister Natasha
Do one thing get enquiry mail to your E-mail services i.e. the company yiou are using i.e. yahoo, hotmail, rediffmail or whatever you have.
They will provide you the information of all the mails of NOV 2012 and that is the strong evidence that u can use.
There is another option whenever you delete a mail that goes to delete folder and but the all the deleted mails junk or inbox remains in the company data type ask for them
Tell me which company you are using yahoo, gmail, rediffmail or rediff i will find and tell you the procedure

My time line is as under:
NOC 0111
Date of appl 15th March,2010
Date of Review at Sydney 17th May,2010
Date of File transfer to NDVO 27th May, 2010
2nd AOR 5th July,2010
Date of real in process 18th January,2012
Can u help to analyse in what sequence CHC is issuing MRs. Thanks,
