Decision made - Please HELP!!!

Friends,
I received a letter today from the Canadian embassy stating that they sent me a medical request on Nov 09, 2012. And it states that I am rejected as I did not send the medical results. However I never received the medical request till date. My eCas status is now showing Decision made. Is there anything that can be done now?

Day in and day out, I was waiting for the medical request. Now I am devastated. Is there any way to appeal?

I would contact CIC immediately over the phone.

Don't loss your hope please just write them back and tell them you have not received any medical request. Do it fast or appeal in federal court of Canada I think u have only sixty or therty days to appeal good luck

Send a letter explaining the situation. I have seen many people on this forum facing this problem. Not sure what the result of those cases had been, but I am sure they would probably consider this.

Thanks for your responses. I sent a case specific enquiry last night and would send a written letter as well.

Case spesific enquiry will take very long time to get response. It's a good thing but don't just rely on it. Send normal mail as well, also call them. If u were rejected on basis of medical not received, then don't worry u r right next to visa now. U let them know and they will send you medicals again.

Thanks Samreen for your kind words and response. You have re-kindled my hope. I tried calling them and they don't seem to accept enquiries on call. However I will fax them right away and send a written letter as well. Just wanted to check if you are aware of cases where this has happened and they processed further. My worry is since the e-Case status is showing as decision made. Your response would be much appreciated.

Also send them the covering letter that you did not got any Medical request and you were waiting for.

Courier the letter within short time (3 to 4 days)

Did u send any visa specific enquiry or courier or general mail regarding non-receipt of any correspondence in the last 6 months?

If u have any record pertaining to the fact that u were in contact with the Delhi embassy regarding the outcome of ur processing.

I m asking this because if u have any such correspondence from ur side then u should mentioned in ur request letter to give some weight to ur appeal.

Ur case is similar to mine but as i kept sending them the mail and queries on CSE i came to know that they had sent me the medical in Jan 2012 and i have not responded to it.......upon my request they sent me same letter in june 2012.

But i my case there was no decision made or refusal letter as my case was still in-process

My sincere advise is to fax them a letter before mailing it explaining everything in detail

Hope for the best....u should get the chance because u were not at fault

I have seen such cases before changing your Decision Made back to In-Process is not a big job for them. Yes they dont accept phone calls, try all other possible means.
They have reason to change status as dint get ur medicals in time. On other hand you have solid reason you dint receive medical.

Have you checked your email, It might have gone in your spam folder. You should not give an email to embassy that get too many spam emails.
Best thing for future applicants will be make new gmail ID and send ti to embassy so that you know this email is only for my case not spams. By the time you start getting spam you are already on PR. Never give away your primary email just like this make other emails for informal use.

I have sent a fax to them stating that I never received the MR request in the first place and asked for re-issue of MR. I am not sure if they would respond or re-consider. Till 2 weeks back the status was showing In-Process. I couldn't check last week since I was tied up with a lot of work. Any way, there is nothing than to just hope. I will send a courier as well tomorrow. Thanks for all your responses

Write them a letter , and say them you have never received any MR. They will issue you a fresh one.

Coool ,,,,,Cool,,,,,,,,, please Cooool every one.......a few days it happened to many applicant and now they started to send medical through emails........so if you do not just simply email and write a letter and they must send you fresh medical request......no need to appeal anywhere and a few days ago it happened a person Hasni and he did the email to London Visa office and they considered their request and asked for some fresh documnets etc ......so nothing to worry
