Decision made on pr renewal status

Hello everyone,
My case is the following and i really need your earliest advice please,
1. We received your application for permanent residence card on January 18, 2021
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application on march 5 2021
3. We started processing your application on March 5 2021

I checked the website on August 20 2021 my status changed from ‘in process’ to decision made.
However, till now i still did not receive any email or letter detailing any new updates regarding my card. Anyone had a similar experience? Any advice please??
 
mines is a little later then yours.
They recieved my application June 6
Started processing application Oct 4, but also says decision made. It also says if its decision made I should be notified whether its been accepted or rejected within 4 week but nothing came

Hi. Did you get your PR card yet. I applied with my husband and daughter. We both received but husbands is still showing decision made since 1 week. I wannna how long it may take more.
