Just want to confirm that i have recived a reciept of payment of my landing fees,has anybody else recived such kinda reciept
Also confirm if it is neccasry that first the status will change to medical recved than decision made

Congrats u r nearly there.
One good thing is that there is some kind of movement at various CHC's after a dull June. Hope this month will cover up on the lost time for everyone.

THe Ecas status sometimes takes time or changes at late stages, Like I got my Visa on 19th June but my Ecas changed to Decision made on 22nd June. Before this my ecas shows IN process & states WE got you application , started processing on 27th Jan ,Pending Review.
So dont bother & wait peacefully.

MY ECAS Status.
We received your application for PR on September, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on November, 2009.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on December, 2009.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April, 2010.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

BTW, my NOC is 4131.
