Hi,

My ecas just updated to decision made, when i click on it, the last line says "Medicals have been received". There's no update on cic either.

What does this mean? Is this positive? or have people been rejected after "decision made"?

Please helpppp

people have been rejected at this stage but usually fairly quickly after the update. you just need to wait and see do you get a PPR in the next few weeks

As the status says Decision Made, That means they have a made decision about your application, unfortunately they don't add any lines when you click on it, so nobody knows whether it will positive or negative, so you just have to wait till you get a email from CIC, which tells you what decision they have taken, usually it's positive and you get PPR.

Best luck :)

Congrats.. what is your timeline? and category?

Hopefully should be positive..

I see, my background check started on 21st October and DM on 23rd October, is that even normal for them to complete their BG check this soon?

:S

It happens with FSW Outland... the background check has been done for many days, but only gets updated just before DM..

Whats your category and timeline?

Hi,

I'm not FSW outland. I am CEC inland.

Application Submitted/AOR - September 7th
Medicals Passed - September 23
Background check in process (updated) - October 21
Decision Made - October 23

Does this look weird?!!! It took them 2 days to do the background check? I'm a bit skeptical. Does anyone know if this is even normal?

There is already a thread for this, I'm sure you will find people in a similar situation and answers to your question

Course it's normal buddy just cause it's not updated that does not mean they have not been working on it.. I have seen bizarre updates where people got ppr without there bg even started one person had bg start and got ppr 4 hours later.. I would say your fine buddy.. :) be happy I would be.. :)
