Be patient. you have to wait stay positive. in my case, we completed the interview and decision made on ecas after one week and no emails as well.

They could have asked for more documents. Did they ask you for the medical test and the made the decision or before that you received the letter ? I am sorry I am asking questions but I am terrified too. Sorry and thank you for replying
