DECISION MADE on e-cas before medical, FSW 2014. Does it mean refusal?

I understand this is impossible that the agent received nothing! I even asked them whether there was any correspondence basing on the eCAS's timeline ..all they advised me was that all the documents are authentic and completed and they are just waiting for the MR to be issued and I have got nothing to worry about!
Then all of a sudden, this recent change ( status turned to DM ) on eCAS!
My concern is, even if the agent got communicated by the VO and if there was any gap in the file, the agent should have conveyed me. But no, they haven't notified me anything of that sort!
Can anyone please advise me whether it will be wise to change the agent at this stage ?

I wouldn't advise you to change to another consultant now. You risk further completing the case. It's important to get to know what exactly is going on with your case. The notification was last week and you still don't have the correspondence yet. How does your consultant react to this new added line? A GCMS request would give you detailed view but it will take at least a month from the day of your request. Frankly I don't have experience in dealing with this case, but in my humble opinion, your consultant is in the best position to let you know what is needed to be done. Sit down with them and have a serious talk. They can't just run away or guess that this is just a system glitch.

I think your agent must have received the emails first from CIO about your eligibility and then from VO on acknowledgement of receipt. It's impossible that they received nothing. You should talk to them to understand what has been communicated to them. Ecas indicates that there have been communications with your agent. They can't say they receive nothing since your submission. If they are a certified agent they should know how to check the info for you I think.

Well, it is not impossible that they never received anything. I have seen a lot of complaints wherein the status would say " A correspondence was sent to you on ... regarding ..." but the applicant received nothing. There is nothing in the inbox or spam. This has happened to quite a few people. Sad though .

This is not a positive news.
There was a missing communication b/w you and your agent.
Request for a GCMS note via your agent and I will suggest you
stay with them to resolve any outstanding issue.

Sadly, if you get DM before medicals, then it is most probably a rejection (Unless you did not get MR and BG checks due to a technical error). I'm sorry.

CIC does not call the employers of each and every applicant. They might or they might not - This is not a reliable way to decide about the BG check.

vo has its own selection such as visiting physical location, telephone calls, third parties checks, by mail or online, checking status from organization, or without any verification
