I have been writing to NDVO about the docs they need for my daughter but they don't reply. Earlier when I used to send them an email, I would get an automated receipt within a minute. However, now I am not getting any, I have sent them 2 mails and 2-3 CSEs. Is anyone else facing similar problem of non receipt?

I think it was updated yesterday, because yesterday i was not able to see my e-case. i was trying to log in ecase with my name but ecase shows that "we are unable to identifying your information" but when today i have checked with my surname...........Its DM..
