Look like NDVO is issuing DM but not releasing passport from last 2-3 weeks... pls report if anyone got passport recently. Pls include DM date as well....

These bank guys r lazy to follow up..... Pressurise them and talk to manager... It is very much possible to find if dd has been encashed...go to the branch where got the dd made....

I have done that lots of time with ICICI bank. I am sure the bank employee you contacted was new and didn't know that. Tell them why can't they let you know where as other banks share this information.

Finally after 15 days of DM, Today i received passports of myself and my spouse..

apalli) in my spouse Passport visa stamping and COPR.. What to do now?

I am planning to send a query through mail to delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca saying the same.. wat else can

I do? Anybody faced the similar issue...

I had the same problem earlier. Branch told me that they can not check DD en-cashed or not.

I send email to kamath.kv@icicibank.com, care@icicibank.com and senior.management@icicibank.com.

They reply me nicely and even told me about the DD.
your all the detail with the DD number , amount, branch name and all.

Yeah sure... I too have one way ticket and I confirmed with them that this is valid for immigration visa. One more benefit if you are travelling with kids, they reimburse opd cost too, which we need to visit usually with kids.
