Friends. . After a long time I heard from ndvo and they called me on my phone. Asking for a new imm0008 generic form because of my marital status..I am separated now from almost 20 months..and they want legal docs as well as new generic form in which I have to say I am separated. ..But the issue is in the form there is an option if legally separated, but I have a divorce case pending and there is no legal separation in India. So I am struck with filling the form.Dear mates kindly help me on this.. in the last stage but facing an hurdle..Kindly suggest.

I need your advice please

today I had a reply again from Paris VO and this time they said that my application is forwarded back to London VO to pursue the Background verification. My medicals was done on April 22nd ,2013, Do you still think I will have chance to get ppr soon or if remedicals were ordered how long it will take to send ppr after?

Anyone with same situation,whats your analysis of the situation ,I do appreciate your responses.

Iam a silent observer of this forum and great fan of it..... I want to share that I got Decision made yesterday and want to know normally how much time it'll take to get passports back.
FLASH BACK:
I sent my initial application to nova scotia on 14-03-2010
full documents sent to CHC new delhi on 21-10-2010
...
... no news in 2011
...thn decision made bug comes
after that in april 2012 got status in process......

Married in oct -2012...
sent full documents of my wife in march 2013

got medical request for me n my wife in June 2013
got medical received line on 11th july 2013

blessed with a baby boy on 27th September 2013

Sent all details to chc new delhi in dec 2013

got medical request for my kid on 27th jan 2014

sent back medical reports on 1st feb

got decision made line on 02/03/2014

NOW WAITING FOR PASSPORTS ;D ;D

No doubt I got my confirmation on 27-02-14 after receiving PPR and CORP papers just 24 days before expiry of visa i.e. 22.03.14, but we had hint as we received call from NDVO on 6-1-14 and asked our confirmation to land before 22-03-2014. As far as preparations are concern, although the time is very short but we have to complete it as friend and guide like Parhar ji is helping us.

My application for MPNP has been moved to COLOMBO from NEW DELHI today (03.03.2014).

What would be the implications/effects of this move?
In how much time would i get the MEDICAL REQUEST & finally visa?
Will the overall processing time increase or decrease?

I humbly request you to please suggest & reply. I highly appreciate your response in advance.

My file details are as follows -

I applied for MPNP in Dec 2012 (02.12.2012).
Got my LOA 23.06.2013.
My application was transferred to NEW DELHI on 18.01.2014 (I got an e-mail from them).
My ecas status says APPLICATION RECEIVED on 04.11.2013.

First of all, congrats on recpt of ur visa docs.

No worries ,please. COPR is not a travel document,whereas Individual's passport with visa sticker holds that kind of importance. COPR(CONFIRMATION OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE) is a document issued by CHC to the effect that the holder/beneficiary is entitled for Canadian PERMANENT RESIDENCY,SUBJECT TO HIS/HER HAVING COMPLETED LANDING FORMALITIES AT CANADIAN PORT OF ENTRY within the period as stipulated therein.

It is fine, there is no need to contact CHC in this regard.

After a long wait,I just my ECAS has changed to DM Today.

And also the line says "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision."

U can receive by speed post if you sent by post or private servic not VFS & within 2 to 10 days after DM.
