Congrats KDSTTL... if you say it long awaited visa then i would say u r lucky to get in 3 years time... i m in since 2006... lolzzzz....

Congrats KDSTTL. Could you look up in your previous correspondence that who is your visa officer, since names are usually kept hidden, how does his signature appear on the previous letters?
 
Is their any spl circumstances to get our pp back with visa cuz i am living in aus without pp cuz i sent it to delhi immigration as they demanded for further processing and now its almost 3months and 21 days that i have not get any Decesion made or any reply.
 
RAMAN - there is no such provision, unless an emergency to withdraw pspt - this will only delay ur proces

Same here raman... i am just stuck with this process... its about 2 months in my case and dragging due to strike... they should understand this kind of issues... and i still dont understand @ keeping passport with them for so long time... what are they doing with that tiny book?

your waiting has just started now one or 2 months back n u r getting tired n frustrated ,think of people like me also,who r waiting from the last 6 months after submitting all documents(updated forms,pcc,rprf,meds,photos n passports) n still showig in process.no medical line added.rprf encashed in feb. n now waiting n waiting n waiting.
