ya delcan... i was on study visa and did travel back home twice ..... NO I DIDNT ORDER ANY GCMS NOTES just sent and enquiry in may and oct last year and got response on 30 jan 2013 a that my email-request has been forward to the concerning department ..

i also sent a inquiry in end of Nov 12 got reply on 1st week Feb '13 that my case as been forwarded to concern department.
 
UR VISA WILL BE ISSUED SOON ...... I WAIT 9 MONTHS ........MY WISHES ARE WITH U GUYS....I KNOW SO MANY ARE WAITING SINCE 6-7-8 MONTHS SO JUST WAIT A BIT MORE U ALL WILL HAVE VISA SOON...

I received email from New Delhi visa office on 4/3/2013 for the following documents:
1. Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination
2. Police Certificate:
3. IMM 0008 Application:
4. Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669)
5. Additional Family Info IMM5406:
6. RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee for you and spouse if not already paid
7. Passport photos: Passport size photographs
8. Travel History: Proof of travel history for you and deps over the age of 18.
9. Mailing Address within India.
10. Passport/Travel Document: Valid passport or travel document Submit original and expired passports for all.
11. Submit Educational documents and Educational History form for dependants (if over the age of 22 at time of application)
12. Proof of funds : Proof of available and transferable funds that you can take to Canada

I have few queries related to the required documents:

1. Medical: I have not received medical instruction yet but already took appointment with Doctor and he said don’t required instructions.
2.

4. Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669): I changed my job during the process (Main Applicant). Do i need to submit copy of appointment letter

6.
7. Passport photos: Do i need to write my name of signature in the back.
8.
9.
10.
11. Submit Educational documents and Educational History form for dependants (if over the age of 22 at time of application): As already submitted attested copies of my spouse. Do i need to submit again?

HI SANDY,

u hav mentioned that medicals done on 27th april,2012.

medical received line on 8th march'13,DM on 11th march..visa received on 13th march'13...1)so only one more month to land?

so after 11 months of ur medical , u got visa....2)so what is the validity of ur visa?

3)have u done re medical in between that?

4)when ur RPRF got encashed?

well my visa validity is 2014 march.............

and i didn't had remedicals and about dd en-cash I didn't check dat out.....

how it possible ? u done ur medical in april 12. so ur medical expire in april13.

application to Nova Scotia: Nov 2011

NDVO acceptance : Feb 2012

Medicals/PP/Landing Fee/PCC : October 2012

Decision Made: March 14 2013...

is this a good sign? (A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. Address is still showing india adress
