It sounds normal to me, atleast. Do send them an updated Medical Exams and they will process your COPR.

I recvd an email from cpc-ottawa for re-medical for my wife and kids because it is already expired, but the attached medical request is from cic-philippines. My wife and kids is already in canada last april 2014. Their first medical was made in the philippines. I think they didn't know that my family is already here in canada.

Thanks for the reply kirthan..:) I'm not from
India I'm from Philippines... do you think its ok to send their passport from Philippines to my address here in Canada?

Hi. My brother-in-law got his PPR last July and his dependents are in the Phils. The passports of family members were couriered to his Canada address which he was supposed to have been received in just 3 days, but it didn't come on time and got an email communication requiring him to submit proof why he was getting his family's passports. He explained in the email the immigration process and attached the copy of ppr, and everything went well. He got the passports in about 2 weeks though. He sent the passports and along with his to cpc-ottawa and were sent back stamped with visa. Hope this helps. Congrats on your ppr...

@ Immigration 1. I have received the same email like you for my wife's medical reassessment. My medical expired due to their delay in sending PPR. My decision is already made sine end of July 2014. keep us posted if you get any updates for cic.
