Visa package arrived today. Matagal na-deliver so we inquired prior to the delivery. Sumasagot naman sila sa case enquiry sa site. God is good!

Ung sa min orig lht sinubmit namin, pra mas genuine ung intention. Tsaka include m lht ng proof na kasal and hnd fix ung wedding pra mas madali processing.

Hi Teardrops, here is the relevant section of the Guide to Sponsorship:

You may be eligible to sponsor if:

you reside in Canada;
Canadian citizens not residing in Canada may sponsor their spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner and/or dependent children who have no dependent children of their own. Canadians travelling abroad as tourists are not considered to be residing outside Canada.

Sponsors not residing in Canada must provide evidence that they reside exclusively outside Canada on the date of giving the undertaking and will reside in Canada at the time their sponsored spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner and/or children become permanent residents of Canada. Evidence that they will reside in Canada may include one or more of the following:
·letter from an employer;
·letter of acceptance to a Canadian educational institution;
·proof of having rented/bought a dwelling in Canada;
·reasonable plans for re-establishing in Canada or severing ties to the other country.

hello po! pwede pong pashare naman ung link sa cic kung saan ung case enquiry? d ko sya mahanap e..ngaun ko lng napansin n DM n po ako, d ko sure kung kelan naupdate un, ngaun ko lng kasi tnignan e..

worried ko lng ngaun, may na missed akong call from 02 857 9000 nung august 4 which i learned ngaun lng thru google n un pla number ng canada embassy sa manila.. nagtataka ako bkit sila tumawag? im thinking positive n ung mailing lng ang problema..wala kasing house number at street ung mailing address ko kasi ganito talaga pag probinsya..

gusto ko rin sanang twagan dhl or wwwexpress pero nbasa ko sa forum n kelangan din naman ng tracking number etc..
last option ko nlng ngaun ung case enquiry n sinasabi mishca21, n kelangan kong malaman if may visa n ako or wala.. hope you can help me guys..

Hello mga kabayan!

This question goes out to those that have done the Guidance and Counseling Seminar. I know I still have a long wait before doing the seminar pero I just wanna be prepared. One of the requirements is the Marriage Certificate. Question is, does the certificate have to be authenticated by the Philippine Embassy if you are married abroad? Also, since we were married in the US pero, of course, my sponsor is from Canada, should we get it authenticated in the US or Canada?? What do you guys think?
