If they have you passports... I would say YES! My visa issue date was around the same time that message appeared in ECAS.

Did you submit your Medicals, RPRF, and the Passports together?

Finally what are your timelines please?

I also submitted mine in London Office, Medicals and RPRF submitted 10th July 09. Still awaiting for response.

I did not submit RPRF and passports together.

Passports were requested 14th July and letter received by me on 27th July. Passports sent 30th July delivered 31st July.

I also received the letter requesting Passport(s), Letter dated 4th Aug 09, so within 60 days we have to submit with the photograph to London office.
