It looks like they might reject BCO duties mismatch, shall I send them a letter to change NOC codes to more appropriate codes, b4 they send me rejection letter? Just assuming.

My status "Decision Made" after processing date on 1st may.
I email to cic london on 25th may and they gave me this reply.

How can they refuse without reviewing documents. I have applied as simplified process applicant and no dcument ever requested.

Finally I received the Email from LVO saying that my application has been rejected due to JD mismatch....all originals are being sent back to me and the fee is refundable.

God know how they compared the NOC duties with my experience... i have 3 to 4 years of very solid 4121 experience as University Lecturer...but as per their email they only evaluated my experience for University Professor....

I have responded back to them to rectify e-cas status but no response received so far.

I am sure our case is not rejected as its a system glitch for sure
