No I am BC PNP and I am a buffalo transfer

You guys should be happy.

Atleast you know that a decision has been made on your file!!

I have applied in July 2011 and my ECAS shows that they have started processing my application in Febraury 2013

Good day guys/ladies,

I have this crucial question about my situation. I got my PR but not PR card yet and I have this important trip to make out of Canada. My question is can I use my earlier given working visa which is still valid to return to Canada? I would have opted for the option of getting a traveling document but I will only be away from Canada for few days while to process permanent resident's traveling document where I'm flying to takes 4weeks minimum. Please has anyone use it before? Please share your experiences. Thanks! Linda

did they ask you for your RPRF and PPR altogether or you paid ur RPRF earlier?

They mention about RPFR in request letter but, as i pay earlier they have in record..!

If you not yet paid they gonna ask you along with your passport...!

also two photograph and bio data form from CIC.

I'm positive that there can't be a refusal at this stage. I was in the same boat few days ago and from my experience I can say you don't have to worry at all. If you have already googled and read posts of people who got refused after seeing Decision Made update before receiving a Passport request then I did the same and was further worried but here I'm today with Canadian Permanent residency. It's just a matter of time, wait for sometime and you'll get yours very soon.

Hey Radium, has there ever been any case of DM then refusal that you know of? I'm talking about in-Canada app. I've googled and rarely found any.

Dear All,

I have received a Decision Made at the very end of July, but still have not received a PPR.

It has been 17 months since I've applied through BC PNP (March 2012) to Buffalo which was then transferred to Ottawa.

It is getting quite frustrating to wait over a month after a decision has been made just to let them know what that decision is.

Is anybody else on the same boat? What are the chances of refusal after Decision has been made, RRPF paid?

Please advise, or share stories that can shed light to my situation in any way.

Thank you and good luck to all!

you should order gcms notes asap... this will tell u your visa was issued even before DM status.. send the snap shot to ottawa of that to ottawa and get your PPR.

Hi,
My ECAS changed to decision made late June, and I got my PPR late August... Stay calm bro... It takes up to 9 weeks...

It's been 6 weeks since my MPs office told me that CIC was printing out and mailing the paperwork. Whats the average time?
