Decision made but no PPR

I made a call today to CIC. Processing time is 15 months they say. DM means a lot of things. When you have a notice under DM.or when they write that CIC will send you a letter soon,means that they have made their Decision. make 12 months on 12 of april. Hoping will have an email notification soon. I waited for a full year almost, but the last days waiting for it is being frustrating.

Same with me. Just got it yesterday. Ppr request. After a full year of waiting since i submited. Send my pasport and two photos stamped and name and bd yeasterday and a prepaid encelope. Hope i get the bisa soon so i can do landing. Good luck everyone.

I got "Ready for Visa" email today after waiting 28 days since ECAS changed to "Decision Made"..!!!!!!

In my case I got "Ready for Visa" email on April 04th, but still today my ECAS shows "In Process".

I am trying to not read too much into that, can't wait to have my passport back!

Mine was sent to Ottawa Apr 04 and delivered 06 after that no news.
