Please share this with everyone, to pay sponsorship fee of $1040 in full up front and that will save you at least a month or so. By now, I'm sure you all know how fast immigration people work ,lol

DM since 9th Sept, paid RPRFee (acknowledgment got on 17 Sept)

shouldn't take more than 3-4 months.... insha Allah ur family will get ppr within 2 months...

Got acknowledgment email 3 days after I paid RPRFee. That was pretty fast but now its taking much time to get PPR.

our sponsor paid landing fee years ago as it can b submitted any time.
files transfered from islamabad to london in starting months of 2014
they start processing our application on 27th july 2015
(27th july is the date of our medicals and before 27th july we hav submitted updated docs police certificates to them)
got passport copies request via email on 8th sept 2015
we submitted scanned copies on 22nd sept 2015, on 25th sept 2015 they emailed us tht ur file is ready for visa issuances kindly refer attachemnt. in which they asked original passport, appendix A ,B and corresponding letter(pdf itself a corresponding letter)
passport submission in islamabad office via vfsglobal.
we submitted our passports in karachi CVAC(vfsglobal center) on 30th sept 2015 , and received the same wd visa stamped n copr on 5th oct 2015 Alhamdulillah
vfsglobal is responsible for transmission of passports to islamabad office and they hav 3 CVACs in pakistan , islamabad,lahore n karachi

You don't need to contact them. LVO hardly reply to email and but they are getting better at updating ECAS. Just be patient and you will hear soon. When you do too many inquiries they might suspect that there is something fishy about your file, I would advise to be patient. Refer to the spreadsheet and you will see that most people are getting their files near completion.

My timeline is there on the spreadsheet, but I type it again for your reference in case u r unable to open that excel file.

AOR and Sponsor approval: End March, 2015
Ecas changed to 'DM' from 'Application received' on 9 Sept, 2015 (not sure if Ecas was in process some where in between)
RPRFee request and payment: 14 Sept, 2015
Email acknowledgement of RPRFee: 17 Sept, 2015

I think now they will open your file after 45 days.Because once they you a request they wait till the days over to open the file.Just wait two more weeks until 45 days are over then send them an email.Dont worry!you might even get ppr before that you never know what they are doing there :/

Could there is something wrong ?

You need to inform your VO!!! visa is valid 1 year after you medicals!!! Go! Go! Go!
