My father, who happens to be a Canadian PR card holder, applied for my sponsorship back in Nov 2014. It was for both my sibling and I. My sibling got her visa in March 2016, and is in Canada as of June 2016. Where as I got my Decision Made on CIC a few days ago, but no PPR. Do you think there will be an issue? They asked for my a few weeks ago but there was no update on CIC. Please help! Is there any sort of issue?

if you require a visa, your "decision made" letter/email will most likely include instructions for sending your passport for stamping. you can apply for your GCSM notes to see what was sent/when it was sent. if you don't receive anything after 2 weeks, then you can also send a Case Specific Enquiry to inquire about your application status.
Hi everyone I same with other I'm worried to I checked my eras and it changed to decision made December 19, till when do I need to wait for the email?? I'm worried because some of my colleagues after their ecad changed to decision made they already received email ppr after days.
