That is the correct address. I just checked some olde cases, they said sometimes it will takes up to one month.
If you still not receive it, them phone them 7:00 am to talk to the cic.

I wonder what the call center agent could do to help if I call them...did you call them to confirm the approval. I already did that and got confirmation from the call center agent, so I'm not sure if calling them again to complain will work...

You can ask them if they already send you the email or if they gonna schedule you an appointment ect.

I sent email to them in the early afternoon yesterday, but haven't received replies yet. Actually I'm not sure if that's the correct department to ask this type of questions... I sent the email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca , it seems to be the only email address available. It also says on CIC's website that they only respond to questions regarding a case currently being processed at the CIC-Ottawa office, so they may or may not respond...

I called cic and then i was getting all e mails and enquiry mails from Vancouver office. Cic agent told me my file was transferred to vancouver
