Hi all,
i checked my CEC status on Jan 3rd. And had the following:

1) We received your application for permanent residence on April 16, 2013.
2) We started processing your application on June 25, 2013.
3) A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
Last modified day was July 11th 2013.
So I guess it's a rejection and can also guess the reason. But I havent received anything from CIC (no email no mail). I want to reapply once I get my rejection letter.
Then I made the calls several times but the officers told me to email CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry and i emailed them but no one replied me.
my question is:
Can I reapply CEC now? or I have to wait until i get the letter? if so, what I do for asking what's the decision they made?
