Decision made between med req and PRP????

I ve applied in the early of Nov 2005. Then in the end of June 2009 second time i ve submitted my up to dated docs against CIC's req. Still waiting for decision. In Jan 2010, CIC has issued a letter that i 've met 67 mark and my assessment was over and now they will review my admissibility. In the mid of last June my medical req came and accordingly i 've submitted the same.

See its near about five years!!!! Getting fruastrated day by day. Wherein in under same category and criteria, applicants applied after Feb 28, 2008 already got their VISAs and now they r in CANADA!!!!!!

I am surprising that when CIC will ask for my passport for VISA???

Now one question......does "Decision made" status will come in the ecas before CIC issue me the PRP, as i ve already submitted my medical.

Yes. It's kind of frustrating but still their are many applicants of 2005 who still haven't heard from CIC and even no medical has been done.

So you are in good shape. Well, you have just did medical so wait.. once your medical is clear you will get passport request as well.

You have keep patience so far, wait for few months more.

If "Decision made" status change before you get your passport request then it is no good.

And if you get passport request then you are good to go..

Decision made after medical recieved and before PPR is not a BAD thing as they might be updating Ecas before they send out your passport request. So just keep the faith and await their next step.

We have received your medical results. We will contact you only if additional tests are needed.

Approval Status Determined
Your application will be either approved or rejected. We will inform you of the decision in writing.

Permanent Residence Status Determined

Is there any case in favour where "decision made" status updated in ECAS before PPR??

They may ask you re-do the medical. Please keep us informed of your case. If this is a favor, we could say, as long as done with the medical, one can expect to get the visa successfully anyway.

OK, guys, is it possible for CHC verify applicants' work experience upon got their meidcal results? If it's impossible, then, DM that comes before PPR is a good news.

Surely i do ...... but as i ve mentioned in my earlier msg. th8 they ve ensured me in writing that my assessment was completed, then is there any possibility that they will reassess my WE again?????

@ Burlington - Hey buddy, its a very good news!! Congrats man.....

When did u applied......can you just share some of your information (like when did u applied, which one is u r Visa office, when ur med and passport req came and specially how long it took the VISA office to issue passport req after receiving u r medical report) then i may able to assess the time frame of my file.......
