MANILA V.O.

Im from Manila V.O. My initial file no. started with B,then they changed it to Exxxx when I recieved my 2nd AOR, I think some Decision Made status has something to do with transferring your file to GCMS. I initially applied to Nova Scotia in April 2010, sent full docs to Manila V.O on Nov. 2010 and got our MRs last Nov. 25, 2011. I sent case specific inquiry to our V.O when a Decision Made status was added to my ecas, but I didn't get a reply from them.. I was hopeful about this MR when a forumer who is also from the same V.O. got the same status in her ecas and got her MR dated Nov. 24...

We received your application for permanent residence on January 18, 2010.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Los Angeles office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the Los Angeles office on March 10, 2010. The Los Angeles office may contact you.

We transferred your application to the Los Angeles office on October 26, 2011. The Los Angeles office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on December 1, 2011.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

I sent a mail to LA asking the Decison made status and received the below response;
"A letter will be sent this week with information about your case."

Do you guys think is that mostly rejection? so that I can prepare my mind from now on.

I have read many cases and most of them is not rejection.
apparently what they will ask is for the medicals.

Rejection is also possible but we have to be optimistic.

Thanks for the response. Trust me, it is really hard to live with applying permutation/combination all the time until we receive the letter. After waiting for 2 and half years, at-least I don't want to go through this waiting Pain. Telling things upfront in emails (from immigration) will be much better.

I will continue to pray God for a positive response.

Im from Dominican Republic so the same status is showing around the world

Guys please update , if any of you got any communication after decision made .

Hi all, I have been in DM status since October, I have ordered CAIPS notes which I should receive in January and yesterday I got this reply from my VO - Nairobi, Kenya.

Good afternoon,

FILE: BXXXXXXXXX NAMES: XXX

Thank you for your correspondence.

This application is waiting to be reviewed. Until your application is reviewed, we will not be able to provide any more information. Once the decision has been made, we will contact you to advise you of the decision and next steps in the processing of your application.

Please be assured that, as soon as the assessment has taken place, a letter will be sent directly to you advising of the decision and any other requirements. We request that you wait to be contacted by our office and no further action is required by you at this time.

We have received enough federal skilled worker applications since February 27, 2008 to reach our immigration levels for the next two years. Because they reflect Canada's current labour market needs, applications under the most recent set of ministerial instructions are processed on a priority basis. Therefore, few federal skilled worker applications received before February 27, 2008 will be processed this year or next.

You will be advised of next steps (including instructions for medical examination and outstanding documentation if any) once your file comes up for review. However, we are not able to give an exact indication as to when that will occur.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

We hope that this information is useful.
