i received my caips and does not say anything about rejection my application number has changed from B0000000 to E00000000 but the points are in blank for all categories.

i send and email asking for status of application and no response

I think yajumba is right. They just transferred the file from one system to another.

I am also facing the same problem since 20th September, 2011.

When I got letter from Singapore in October, 2010, I got new file number both in BXXXXXXXXX and EXXXXXXXXX format.

Now what may be the cause of decision made before medical exams ???

i found out that my application status had changed from in process to decision made on june 10 2011 but maybe it had changed before that. I heard that decision made before medical exam meant rejection, well it is july 11 2011 and still no word from cic detailing why my application was rejected.
i am getting frustrated because i want to work on the reason why my application was rejected and reapply.

Would u tell me that u got 2nd AOR or not? when case is in process then it is very strange to reject the case unless u have problem in verification.e.g POF, relative in canada or job.

Yes, I gt 2nd AOR from Sungapore, where they provided two different application ID, one in BXXXXXX format and another in EXXXX format.

have u got any response from visa office so far. was ur case in process or not? i am asking bcz one of applicant on this forum got rejection after 2nd AOR(before in process) the reason was most of the job duties were copy paste.

i have emailed them and still no answer. Since i have not received any letter of rejection, my wife received a certificate from a cosmotology course she took a year in lenght and sent it in for more points.

well last week i called vo the operator told me that i have to wait

Nothing about Decision made before medical.
