get in contact with your MP and ask them to investigate. 2 months with DM on ecas and no news is not normal - if Paris doesn't answer to you, get your MP involved and ask for an answer.

Member of Parliament... they have authority to ask question to CIC on your behalf ( well on behalf of the canadian in the couple) about immigration. So find your MP in your riding, phone and ask for an appointment. They will have you sign a consent form to investigate on your behalf. VO are usually pretty responsive to MPs. Not all MPs are willing to get involved with immigration issues, but it's always worth a try.

Thanks for the info. I will be doing this on my next day off...we don't plan for him to come back till September but an answer would lift a huge weight off our shoulders! Its driving me crazy!!

from what I can see from your previous post, this is your situation (correct me if I'm wrong):

march 25th recieved
april17th sent file to visa office

since then on the website application status says DECISION MADE and Application recieved . and on the decision made inside it says We received your application to sponsor tuntunaès on March 25, 2013.

We sent you a letter on April 17, 2013 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
and on the parmanent residance statusa says

We received tuntunaès application for permanent residence on March 25, 2013.

Medical results have been received.

what WILL BE NEXT , ANY IDEA? anyone having experience like this ?? i am waitting for the letter dont knw how long it will take ? i cant wait to meet my hubby

so it looks like the "decision made" in your case is for the first stage. Most likely an approval for your sponsorship. IF you got an email with sponsor approval, that's it - that's the letter that they are referring to, you won't get anything else.
If you haven't received any communication regarding the first stage ( email or snail mail), then call CIC and they will tell you over the phone if your sponsorship part has been approved.
After that - you need to wait. Second stage through SIngapore (responsible for Bangladeshi residents) takes a long time, listed as 26 months. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/fc-spouses.asp#asia
