Decision Made and no letter

Hi,
My PR card application status is "decision made" but I have not gotten a letter about it. Does anybody have same experience? How long time will it take to get a letter?
 
How long it takes to get to you would depend on... like where you are? when they mailed it?

I got mine 5 days later now waiting landing interview notice
 
Thank you for your reply. I am in Toronto and my application is in Vegreville. They only changed status and nothing mentioned about letter. What should I do?

why dont you call them?? can you post your timeline in my 2011-2012 thread just wanna compare
 
I called and the agent told me It needs to finalize and maximum time is January but this is very unclear explanation for me.
Here is my application timeline :

We received your application for permanent residence on February 17, 2011.

We started processing your application on March 21, 2011.

A decision has been made and you will be contacted.

Medical results have been received.

We received the requested information on August 18, 2011. Thank you for providing the information.

We received the requested information on January 31, 2012. Thank you for providing the information.

We received the requested information on June 14, 2012. Thank you for providing the information.

normally from the time your file been transferred to local office will be 90 days max. before your landing interview

I just called to CIC and they told me decision made letter was sent on July 18,2011. I have medical request letter the same date on it. I got more confused are decision letter and medical request letter same?

they are not the same medical request is the letter ask you for your medical report. DM is a status where your file has been finalized but waiting for a interview to finish off the paper work. You should get a letter saying congrats and your file is being transferred to some where blar blar.

Finally, I got the letter from CIC that processing of my application has been completed :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)
My E-case status is still Decision Made and nothing mentioned about this letter.
Good luck to everybody and thank you for your advice.
