Today my status went from "Decision Made" to "In Process"..Still no mention of OATH in ECAS..
I received Oath letter on 15-june-2015..letter was dated 12-june-2015

no problem.. the reason i posted was to show that there is no pattern in ecas updates and Oath letter..

very possible. most recent test takers are going to ceremony soon. i bet july 1st

It seems that the members who attend to their test recently (last weeks) get their eCas updated quickly.
Usually in most of cases, the decision is in reality made just after the test/interview by CIC agent.

In your case it means that they are improving eCas refresh, but for Oath delay you should see the average delay of you Local office in the spreadsheet:

Well, the mail already came today but nothing from CIC.. so I probably won't make the July 1st ceremony unless they send me a short-notice invitation.

my ecas change to Decision Made today...no other change OR no oath letter so far.
