Ok this is getting really frustrating. I have called the CIC 3 times today and was told that they cannot check my application status what so ever if its not passed 6 months after my test. They didnt even ask for my name or client ID. I was trying to tell them that i do not have access to the internet so they can be understanding and check my application status, however i was told that when I do get a chance to go online, I should check my status then. So generic and NOT helpful at all. I dont know why they are getting paid so much when they cannot even provide a simple information as requested by an applicant.
I wrote my test on the 3rd of June2015 and the status on my ECAS went to decision made this monday. Nothing since then...

Relax, noting to be frustrated about. Very likely you will get your oath invitation in the mail before or on the same date as ECAS update.

Hi IRCANADA, I'm also from Windsor (you may remember me) -- did your interview officer say anything about when to expect the oath ceremony ? the officer who interviewed me was very clear to say they didn't have any oath ceremony dates scheduled and that it could be July/August untill they had one. My test/interview was on 5/27 (a few days before yours), so maybe they had new info by the time you had your interview? In any case, I had been checking online for any oath ceremony dates in Windsor and there was nothing scheduled until a couple of days ago -- now there's only one ceremony on July 1st. I haven't received any updates either, but I will post it here if I do. Hope we're all lucky to make it on that July 1st ceremony.

Hello there Itguy78,

Well the officer told me to expect the oath letter between 4-8 weeks. To be honest I didn't ask about their next scheduled oath date. So I am hopping to get a letter very soon to end this process once for good.
Do you think we can still be called for the July 1st? Or it's too early?

From what I have seen a lot of people get oath invitation for a date that is between 1 and 2 weeks later. In order for any of us to make the July 1st ceremony I would think we should receive the letter this week or (at worst case) the next.

hey your status is still showing as "Decision Made" ?

You meant 1 and 2 weeks after showing Decision Made or after status changed back to in process?

What I meant is that the date of the oath ceremony is usually between 1-2 weeks after the date of receiving the oath letter.
Regarding receiving the oath letter it seems highly dependent on the local office -- some people get oath letter during the interview (after test), some people get it a few weeks later. The "decision made" status may show before, at the same time or after the letter arrives (there's no exact pattern).

cool, thank you for the information
