Decision made after passport request...What it means??

Dear Friends,

I send my passports to CIC London and its been after long long time (3 weeks), I found my e- status changed from "In Process to Decision made''. Since I had applied in March 2010 and today my status is changed to "Decision Made" so I would like to know, anyone have this status and what's next after this. Is it mean we have received our canada visa on passports? I would like to thanks in advance to help me.
