Decision Made after Medical but no PPR yet

Peopel say 12 daya after dm ....In my case mu dm updated on 5th nov and then on 19th I got call that my rprf is not received which I had already paid on 29th oct 2015 and reciept was sent to NDVO on same day.....I resent the required reciept on 19th Nov still no ppr......any idea what's going on ???

Same goes with u dont worry it ppt is on its way
