I long in today i saw decision made after 28 mnt but when i click on it there is no updating what does this main thanks

I call cic today about the decison made and there was no updating when i log in the lady told me every thing is fine but they are doing some verification what could that be please

people at the call center don't know anything. They answer u without even verifying ur file (as if we can't access the internet and find answers ourselves). When that happened to me and i called, the lady said it means im on waiting list for oath.

Don't worry, it's most likely an oath scheduling thing
